A new name and a new programme for 50 feet multihulls, now known as Ocean Fifty.

50-foot multihulls are now known as Ocean Fifty. This new class name marks the creation of a new programme of crewed races, the Pro Sailing Tour, that combines “inshore” and “offshore” races.

An Ocean Fifty is an offshore cruiser racer multihull that is 50 feet long, or 15.24 m.
It is characterised by a restrictive rule.

The main specificities are:
Maximum length: 15.24 m
Maximum beam: 15.24 m
Maximum draught: 3.50 m
Maximum air draught: 23.77 m
